JUAN CHIPOCO
Juan Chipoco is a Peruvian gourmet specialist and business visionary correctly known for his multiple-time grant-winning eatery CVI.CHE 105 in Miami. Chipoco is viewed as a big-name gourmet expert all through the U.S.A, gradually having an incredible effect on the worldwide food business.
With a creative mind and an altruist’s heart, chef Juan Chipoco continues to lead Miami’s gastronomic revolution with new culinary additions and career opportunities throughout South Florida and the nation.
In 2021 he received the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.
DAVID BURKE
Fueled by passion, grit, and a knack for artful innovation, David Burke is one of the best-known and most respected chefs in modern American cuisine.
At just 26, Burke became the first American ever to win the prestigious Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Diplome d’Honneur, cementing his reputation as a leading international chef. He subsequently won Japan’s Nippon Award for Excellence, and the Robert Mondavi Award of Excellence. Burke was also awarded a coveted three-star New York Times review. In 2018 he received the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.
DR. GERMAN NEWALL
Dr. Germán Newall is a native of Peru who immigrated to the United States to pursue a career in medicine. After earning his medical degree from Georgetown University, he chose to specialize in aesthetic plastic surgery.
He is a founding partner of the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery in Houston, Texas, the largest private plastic surgery practice in Texas. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he is consistently ranked as one of the top plastic surgeons in Houston. In 2020 he received the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.
JOHNNY SCHULLER
Johnny Schuler is an author, chef, restaurateur, distiller, and television personality from Lima, Peru. He owns two restaurants in Lima, Key Club, and La Granja Azul. Schuler is an authority on pisco, a spirit that has been declared a national cultural heritage by Peru’s National Institute of Culture. Schuler has traveled around the world educating spirits professionals and the public about pisco. Peru’s congress awarded him a Congressional Medal of Honor in 2007 for his work to increase the quality and popularity of Peruvian pisco. In 2012 he received the medal of Top Promoter Of The Peruvian Cuisine by PTWE.
BILL YOSSES
William Yosses (born about 1952) is an American chef who is best known as the co-author of the book Desserts For Dummies and for being the White House Executive Pastry Chef from 2007 to 2014. Yosses is now the owner of the pastry company Perfect Pie, which is based in New York City. In 2018 he received the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.
ANTONELLA BERTELLO
Executive Director at Marina Coast Peru, Owner & Manager at The Baker House 1650, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at The Corcoran Group. A businesswoman and real estate broker and investor, Ms. Bertello had bought and sold a number of investment properties in East Hampton with her partners and was looking for another when they suggested she check out what was then called the J. Harper Poor Cottage, an already tastefully redone bed and breakfast on Main Street. In 2021 she received the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.

As one of the top mortgage originators in NJ, Genaro Enrique Rojas is truly at the forefront of mortgage lending. Genaro`s commitment to delivering the highest level of service begins with one basic principle: to treat each borrower as he would want to be treated. This means that every client, no matter how large or small, is given the proper guidance and support needed. In 2016 he won the medal of Top Entrepreneur by PTWE.
